How orders are being sent and delivered?

What are the shipping rates?

The shipping rates vary depending on the shipping option you consider, the country of the destination, and the packages you order. To figure out the exact shipping cost, please add products to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout, where the shipping cost will be calculated for you.

Is is possible to ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. Please contact our Customer Service to make sure your country is included in the list of the countries we ship to. You can also check the order form to find out the available delivery options for your country/state/ region.

What if the package was damaged or something is missing upon delivery?

Please contact our support team and notify of the exact situation. Please take pictures and add the detailed description on what exactly was damaged or went missing. We will either resend the package or process a refund. Please see under our Delivery Guarantee for more information. Please be advised, that in the case there are 100 or more pills included in your order, it will be distributed and sent in several packages.

Can my order be delayed at customs?

If any delay at customs happens, you’ll be notified additionally. Usually, the recipient is asked to come over to the customs office and is guaranteed to have a permission to examine the package. After that you should promptly receive your package. If you have any complications with getting your order, please let our Customer Support know on the situation, and we will try to resolve the issue.

What do I have to pay if you reship the product?

No additional charges will be placed.The reshipping is free of charge with us.

I still haven’t received my order? Where is it?

Please use your Delivery tracking code to check the delivery status, if you ordered using the express delivery method. In case you opted for a standard airmail delivery, be advised that it could take up to 30 days for your order to be delivered. If the package does not arrive within 30 days, please contact your local postal office. If they confirm that the package has not been delivered, we guarantee reshipping the order FREE of charge for you. However, if the initial order subsequently arrives before or after the reshipped order, then we kindly ask you to notify us on that in the timely manner.

What if the order isn’t received during the delivery time?

If the order was not received during the delivery time or there are circumstances preventing you from receiving the order, we guarantee to reship the product free of charge or give your 100 percent money back, provided all corresponding descriptions of the situation are supplied to us.

How to check an order status?

If you want to check your order status, please login into the member area. You have to put in the Order ID and the e-mail address that you used when ordering.
